As per consultation, Facebook page & client consent forms, I require a £50 deposit to hold your initial treatment slot. These are slots of 2 hours & half hours or more. If you wish to cancel or reschedule 48 hours notice is required.
We understand life happens and events are unpredictable, but when no contact is made and very little notice given I am left with a huge window in my working day. Deposits in these instances are non-refundable.
